Nick and Mariah say "I Do" at St. John Episcopal Church Colville, WA

August 11, 2015 these love birds said "I Do". They met through church and hit it off at a dinner that Nick says was more like an interview. Mariah must have passed Nicks quiz with flying colors because he -put a ring on it- about 6 months later!

Mariah and Nick's wedding was beautiful, we started the day off with photos in Yep Kanum park in the brides hometown Colville WA, and the ceremony and reception was held at her church St. John Episcopal Church about a mile away. Wine and cheese were served at the reception and the bride and groom had a large wheel of cheese in place of a wedding cake! I loved photographing this wonderful couple, Enjoy some great shots from their engagement session and wedding last month!

Erich & Heather say "I do" at Dominion Meadows Golf Course in Colville WA

Heather and Erich have a different love story than most of us, her and her fiancé lived over 4800 miles apart and he was finally granted a visa to come marry his soul mate! From the Netherlands to Washington. The wedding was very sweet and you could feel the love beaming from both our bride and groom. The decorations were adorable, twinkling lights, birds, cages and nests all over the place and a even a Sasquatch cake! These two were truly made for each other and I'm so blessed to have met them and photographed their fun wedding!

Genna & Colby say "I do" Eastern Washington wedding

These two are one of my newest favorite couples! Simple, sweet and seriously in love!

Genna and Colby met me in a field in Kettle Falls Washington for a "First Look Session". For those of you thinking about doing a first look, I highly recommend it! It's a private setting, just you and me.... I capture the incredible moment of you and your fiancé seeing each other for the first time all dressed up. Usually this session is the day of your wedding, way before guests arrive. In this case, Genna and Colby didn't have a lot of time on the day of their wedding to squeeze in a "First Look" so we went ahead and did it 2 days before their actual wedding. It was perfect, I almost think this is the way to do it! We had so much uninterrupted time to really focus on them and their deep connection. It was a beautiful night walking through gorgeous fields, into the forest, and even down to the water front at Lake Roosevelt. More brides should do this :)

A few days after the "first look session", Genna and Colby said "I do" at the LDS Temple in Spokane Valley, Washington; they made their way up to Chewelah Washington for some fun photos with the bridal party in the country, THEN we headed to our final destination of Colby's parents home in Arden Washington for the ring ceremony and reception. I am so excited and blessed to have met such a wonderful young couple, here are a few of my favorites of these love birds!
